“I ruptured my ACL 3 years ago for the second time playing football at a decent level, and had rehab and physio following surgery, which helped me in my day to day life, but unfortunately the rehab and physio I received after surgery wasn't enough to be enable me to return to playing football after the second operation. Josh has helped me gain more strength in my knee, improved my mobility and running technique and has given me the confidence to use my knee again.
